Either way, the Green Arrow - and the actor who played him, Justin Hartley - are quite popular as Justin had 71% of the Best Guest Star vote.

So enough of this whole putting Justin into bad midseason sitcoms or pilots that don't get picked up. We want our Emerald Archer in his own spin-off! You can make it Green Arrow/Supergirl night. You know you wanna.

Coming in second place at a very distant 13% was Aaron Ashmore.
