Five Previewed In Sci Fi Magazine
The
October 2005 issue of Sci
Fi Magazine features some new quotes from Executive
Producer Alfred Gough about Smallville's fifth
season.
The
magazine, which previews all of the new shows for Fall 2005,
also has a full-page advertisement for the Smallville
Season 4 DVD. If anyone gets the magazine and can scan
that ad in for us and send
us an e-mail, we'd appreciate it!
Here
are some highlights from the article:
"They're
all going to college this year. You'll see some more Metropolis
stories. You're going to see Lex and Clark much more at odds
this year. You'll see Lana and Clark together. And I think you'll
see Chloe and Clark become much better friends. She'll reveal
that she knows the secret pretty early on, so that's sort of
a bond for their friendship. And it's interesting because your
best friend knows the secret, your girlfriend doesn't, and then
there will be some interesting things going on with the parents,
too. Lionel is up to no good, as usual."
The
article says that the characters' new college life will open
up the storytelling and let them "get into some stories
with more adult themes. Bigger themes. Even Superman themes."
