Tuesday
Night Competition Gets Tougher
(8/13) As if having to facing down Roswell
and Frasier wasn't
enough, Fox will be entering the Tuesday-at-9pm ring on October
30 with a new series called 24. While
it would be hopeful that 24
will get lost in the ratings shuffle, Zap2it.com reports that
Fox is planning on showing a trailer for 24
before select movies in the coming months.
Hopefully
the WB will counter with similar promos for Smallville.
With its movie-like previews and production quality, it would
be a perfect fit. In the meantime, do your best to spread the
word and make sure everyone has their TV sets glued to the WB
around 9PM on Tuesday, October 16.
