Tom WellingThis year for the KryptonSite Awards, we decided to combine Best Actor and Best Actress into a new category - that or Favorite Series Regular.

That took the total number of nominees in the category to five, as Allison Mack was included in this category since she was in nearly a third of the season.

But who won?

Perhaps unsurprisingly, first place went to the man who won for Best Actor six times in the past, Smallville fans' Man of Steel, Tom Welling.

Tom ended up with nearly 60% of the total vote, and this year we got to see him finally make the end of the journey from boy into Superman.

Second place in this category went to Lois Lane, Erica Durance, with 21% of the vote. Coming in third, with 1,232 votes, was Allison Mack (Chloe).
