 Possibly the most joyous day to be a Smallville fan in 2011 was the evening that it was announced that Michael Rosenbaum would finally be returning to the role he made famous - Lex Luthor - in the series finale.
Since Season 10 had a number of high-profile returning guests from past season, we split Best Guest Star into Favorite Returning Guest and Best New Guest Star. And, as was probably to be expected, Michael Rosenbaum took top honors, with 3,905 votes, or nearly 43%.
John Schneider came in an impressive second place with 20% of the vote, getting nearly 1,500 votes more than John Glover, Laura Vandervoort, and Michael Shanks, all of whom came very close to one another in the "over 500 votes" area.
